Each piece is meticulously hand crafted by gifted artisans of responsibly harvested Brazilian Cherry wood. More than two times harder than teak, Brazilian Cherry is prized for its natural weather resistance, rich color and golden under-glow. Frame is hand sanded to a silky smoothness and protected with an eco-friendly, clear or painted finish. The natural finish will weather to a warm, silvery gray over time or you can maintain the original color with occasional applications of oil. Painted finishes are protected with multiple layers of specially engineered outdoor-safe paint for a rich lustrous, semi-gloss sheen. The non-toxic water based paint moves with the woods natural and expansion and contraction which virtually leaves it maintenance free. Extra thick cushion is filled with ultra-comfortable Dacron fiber and covered in fade, mold and mildew-resistant Sunbrella fabric, in your choice of 6 summer colors.
